each region you get:
Key muscles trained (with the heads/parts that are
programmed independently in lifting).
Joints involved and the movements they

Brachialis (deep to biceps; main elbow flexor at
any forearm position — trained heavily by hammer / reverse curls)
Brachioradialis (lateral forearm; elbow flexor with
neutral grip)
Coracobrachialis (assists shoulder flexion &
adduction)
